The GarageBand Chorus effect

Chorus effects achieve their sound by adjusting pitch and time of a split signal signal and mixing them back together.  The resulting sound is is different from a Phaser or Flanger because there is not a continual change in pitch and delay.  A chorus sets a shift in pitch and delay with a processed sound that is then mixed with the original to achieve its effect.  This video will show you every detail behind this effect and where to use it.
